At the RHS Autumn Show, London, there was a display of vegetables and fruit by Pennards Plants including the striking Brassica oleracea 'Kosmic Kale' (kale). This large, upright perennial will produce the sweetest leaves in the autumn and winter as continuous, cut-and-come-again harvests. This easy-to-grow, highly-edible ornamental was bred in the Netherlands and is propagated by root cuttings.
