Super pumped to share the sprites for Kotallo's story for the @focusontheheart fan made visual novel!

I rocked up late with a coffee for this project, but the team helped me out so much and that allowed me to really travel at the speed of fandom to create these two dweebs!

Our story is written by the wonderful @fogsblue and the sweetest @mayalli!

Anyone looking for a REALLY good long fic of Kotaloy. Please have a look at this one. I think it is brilliant and cleverly written (quite in depth). A perfect, realistic slice of their lives together, pre and post Nemesis.

Ps: this is one of the best versions I've read of Aloy, and Kotallo is just a SOLID bae all round. There's also a little surprise and plot twists not mentioned in the tags. It's canon divergent, so not monotonous, although it does follow the game timeline pre Nemesis. It's written in both Aloy and Kotallo's POV.

Every day the temptation to flee into the mountains and make graphic novels grows stronger. But I GOTTA practice more comics if that's ever gonna happen. So I wrote/thumbed a 6-page Kotallo/Aloy thingy. I'll use it to figure out my workflow, and will hopefully do a little style experimentation too.

First pass at pg 1 layout. Still deciding if I want to do the whole thing digital or dust off my ancient light-box and do traditional pencils/inking. Stay tuned, we'll see what I get done over the holidays.
