Penis sheaths, known as koteka, are not related to sex.

A koteka is a traditional penis pocket protector often made from the skin of a pumpkin.

It is commonly worn by mountain-dwelling Papuans for cover and protection.

They are worn by male tribesmen in New Guinea to shield themselves from insect bites in the dense jungles, or store money and tobacco.

So, when you think of penis sheaths, think koteka. They can sometimes be found at tribal and antiquities shops for $100 - $180.
