The world KOTG (kingdom of the gods) takes places in is called Akrōn. It was made by Cavalier. He wanted to make a world that was allowed to freely evolve with minimal godly interference. He sowed the first seeds of evolution, waited for that evolution, and explained to his people that of they were ever in dire need, they could call upon him for help. Then, he stepped away from the world. Cavalier is one of 12 other godspawn of The Tyrant God King. The name is lost to the ages, and it is said that if it’s ever found and spoken, it will call upon him, and unleash him upon the world. Cavalier is not actually of the tyrants flesh, he was instead stolen from his world as a baby, then drenched in the tyrants blood to make him his.

The Tyrant is called that because of what he does. He suspends the time of a planet, then he takes over that planet, devouring the hearts of their gods to become stronger, then conquering their people. In the end, he destroys the planets. This is where Jenna comes in. She was the Godess of a powerful ocean born planet. He drained her planet of its seas, then attacked. Cavalier helped Jenna fight back for her planet and save her people, which resulted in the both of them loosing their hearts.

A gods heart is what allows them access to godly planes, it makes their halo, and, most importantly, it separates their godly blood from their normal blood. This god blood is infused with powerful magics. And once it is no longer constrained to the heart, it mutates the gods bodies. The magic is so strong it changes and reshapes them. They become so different that they enter an entirely new classification of god. Mangled gods. They are classified by their missing hearts and distorted forms. Mangled gods are capable of extreme adaptation, full body reconstruction, and their powerful abilities.

Jenna was banished by the tyrant after being beaten almost to the death. He banished her to a planet that was a massive living jungle. The vines restricted and buried her, trying to leech from her life force. but instead, she leeched from it. The entire planet became baren. And once she re awoke, she made her way back home to help Cavalier protect her planet. By the time she arrived back, Cavalier was almost dead. His “father” attempting to devour him. She saved Cavalier, then went for the tyrant. She attacked him, shredding him violently. Cavalier regained his strength, and joined in.

They took two of his five heads before he’d managed to escape. By that time, the damage to her planet had already been done. It was destroyed. She went to Akrōn, and Cavalier went back to his father’s throne world to try and save his siblings. By the time he’d got there, something far more wicked had already happened. His father had embedded a peice of his heart in one of his “angels”. Turning it into a vicious god. Cavalier had to leave before it killed him. He fled to Akrōn.

This new “god” would later be deemed The Sludge Lord. The tyrant sent him back after Cavalier. Cavalier found, to his horror, that TSL had already been to Akrōn, and had been growing his allegiance. Convincing as many people as he could that he was the real god, and that Cavalier and Jenna were violent demons that meant them harm. TSL had Cavalier beheaded in the square, and buried. Cavalier came back, and that’s why he has a helmet instead of an actual head.

TSL operates in an odder way. He has engineered his “human” form to be supernaturally perfect. So perfect he’s inhuman. Both he and his wife gather power by making the people around them miserable. They sew violent fear into people. Convincing them that anyone who doesn’t look like them means them harm. Convinces them they must be perfect, or they are worthless.

Cavalier and Jenna do what they can to prevent TSL from continuing to infect the land. TSL tried to carry out a violent crusade against magic born races, and found that to his surprise, even without their magic they are still powerful. With Cavalier and Jenna’s help, they forced him to retreat.

Fast forward a bit, TTGK is getting frustrated with his pawns lack of planetary destruction. So, he sends his angels to do his dirty work. He sends them after shadow demons and fish folk first (the fish folk being Jenna’s people, and shadow demons getting special godly made weather conditions so they can live peacefully without getting hurt by the sun). Angels cannot refuse and order from their gods, and TTGK being particularly cruel god, starved them of their holy blood. Making them violent and withered. Turning them into false angels. They viciously attacked the shadow demons and fish folk. One shadow in particular joined in trying to stop them, and was killed. He was later found by Jenna, and given new life. His name is D.B, and he would grow to be Jenna’s right hand man.

There was one false angels in particular, who had grown so large and violent, that the other false angles began looking to him as a god. He was called The Heron. Becoming more powerful, more violent.they were winning, until The Heron and the false angles began moving past the wetlands, and to the mainland. D.B had to kill him. Cavalier and Jenna were too busy defending the cities from the other False angels to help him. At first, the heron was winning. He crushed and swallowed D.B. Then began to move towards the mainland. Until. D.B became a mangled god. He killed The Heron. And with him, the rest of the false angels.

While this was happening, TSL was working on something horrific. Before he went back to Akrōn, TTGk had given him a gift. His youngest daughter, Roulxgian. To experiment on. TSL had brought in the leading scientific mind in bio engineering. Dr Terry Rohens. He was trying to make a “host” that he could imbue with godly blood to make a false god, that he could then “take over” to become even more powerful.

From this experiment Hanz, Theodore, and Vincent were born. Vincent was the best candidate for godhood. So they began a series of painful experiments on him. He was constantly ill, and tired. Which made him irritable. Meanwhile Rouxigan was appearing to Terry to try to get him to break her out. She took advantage of Terry’s schizophrenia to convince him to save her. She convinced him he needed to kill Hanz, then Terry, his faimly , and his husband could get away safely from TSL. So. Terry worked on a weapon that could Kill Hanz. One that could combat his advanced regenerative properties. It almost worked. Hanz just barely survived. TSL brought in another doctor to put Hanz back together again. Gavin.Fast forwds again, Gavin, Wendy, and Kevinhad got aquatinted with Hanz, Theo and Vincent. Hanz, Theo, and Vincent had stayed in that facility until there were in their 30s, and now Gavin, Wendy, and Kevin were helping them break out.

The brothers and their respective partners came across Jenna and her wife (singular at the time) while they were out on a drive. She decided to bring them back, and she eventually adopted the brothers.
