 i have so much work i should be doing but i’m so...

try breaking it down into little sections. like im talking smaller than paragraphs. make a list of what it is thats left and what you need to include, break that up further into sections, then assign a bit each day, like as a minimum to do (for example when i have a big essay i assign myself a minimum of 30mins a day of writing it) you could also try pomodoro or whatever its called where you do 20mins work, 5mins break then after the 4th one have a longer break it works fairly well imo

thank you so much. i keep forgetting that i can break it down if i want to and that the little bits can be really miniscule. it’s just such a huge task that i can’t even start it :((( thank you tho!!!!!
