New spirit in my homebar, Kova Tee which means Hard Tea in English is prohibition time honouring spirit. Kaffa Roastery from Helsinki provides Ceylon Classic Dimbula tea and Lignell & Piispanen from Kuopio mix it with cognac and make this handcraft spirit. In 1919 when we had prohibition time in Finland, people who knowed tricks in restaurant asked ”hard tea” under the bar counter.
