We took Kovu outside for the first time today to buy him a harness. I can carry him in a much more secure way now. Today I had to put him in a closed backpack for a bit and we found out he doesn't like that and that I feel better when I can see and touch him, so having an easier way of carrying him in our arms means I won't have to put him there as often. Both of us can be a little more comfortable when going out now!

My kitty cat is in the hospital and it doesn’t seem to be serious (yay!) but it still cost me a thousand dollars that I don’t have (😭) and also my wife I now probably can’t go on our California vacation in six hours (😭)

I made Kovu a necklace! It's a real cat fang that our relative's cat lost naturally a long time ago. I thought a domestic cat tooth would be a cool thing for a smilodon to have.

My smilodon is finally here, so here are photos of him before and after brushing! (I forgot to take one before I brushed his mane but it was as messy as his stomach was.) He's a 12" Wild Republic Cuddlekins from 2014. I've wanted a smilodon for so long. I'm so happy to finally have him! Came all the way from Estonia!
