UGH how much does it suck that they only sent N4 to the states? I wish QBS got to come too :( not that I have anything against Areum but shes so new I feel like the senior members deserved this chance much more than she did.
uhhhh personally i'm glad my two faves qri and soyeon are not involved in that. for one it seems fruitless, as in i doubt they will be successful. for two the names they are collaborating with are shit except for wiz and snoop. snoop dog is a real rapper and wiz is alright in my book and has a degree of popularity above the other two..but ray j is famous for fucking kim k and c brown is always and forever associated with abusing rihanna. i don't think it's necessarily bad for their image but i personally don't like them. i think the song will sound dumb as well. they should just be focusing on the japanese market.
but one positive thing i do think is that the structure of the song is more built for a western audience. not really the actual sound of it, but like how it has the part where theres no singing and its just club/electronic beats..that's more like western music, it's like a potential club hit but i still think there are parts of it america won't be interested in like the traditional korean instruments and the whiney voices lol.
but as far as kpop goes that's more what has a chance to be successful here. the structure is comparable to like we found love by rihanna. snsd and any kpop act who wants to be famous in the us should take note of that. its a step in the right direction but i still don't see it rlly goin anywhere..but good luck of course
