Hello, world.

Hello. Thank you for taking time out of your busy life to visit my fledgling blog. I've never done this before so it's very much a learning process for me, but I'm sure it wont be too difficult, and I'll have you with me along the way to keep me right!

A little about myself first I think.

I'm Mark Hunter. I'm 26 and I was born, and currently reside in Ashington in the North East of England. I have studied music production at Newcastle Performance Academy and am also a qualified Biomedical Scientist. I am a self-taught Actionscript 3 programmer and a player of BFBC2 on the PS3.

I like music. Actually I love music. But then doesn't everybody? I go a little bit further though, I produce my own music digitally, and mix it together. I've been making music on and off since I was a child, but I have recently decided that it's time I do something with it.

I have one track 'out there' as it were, but it has received little attention. This is of course fine, as it was never meant to be a commercial track, nor was it given any kind of promotion, nor was it released on a label which specialises in that genre, nor was it really a track I considered complete!

That brings me nicely to the nature of this blog.

I intend to use it primarily to showcase my music. Whether it be old, unfinished, new or ongoing productions, unpolished snippets or complete tracks and mixes. So, now that our introduction is complete, on with the show.
