Opinion on Kristoph x Daryan?
Interesting, I hadn't really thought about it! I'm gonna say neutral to slight disinterest. Generally I don't like villain x villain ships because I think there needs to be some other force balancing the villain out, and also because I think villains are like solitary cats that don't play well with others like them. I also think Kristoph would think everything about Daryan is tacky, from the hair and the weird shark hoodie to the rock star antics.
However, if you put the aesthetics aside, they're both very smart and logical. Daryan is one of the most fun villains in AA to me because he's very smart and clear-headed, and he knows the law well enough to call Apollo's bluff in 4-3.
Maybe if Daryan was forced to do a prison shave (because that hair can reasonably considered a weapon) and they had to reset their relationship, they would strike up a friendship that could lead to something more. Also, let's be real, they'd probably love bitching about Klavier together, especially after Klavier seems to drop both of them like hot potatoes the minute they embarrass him.
So.... maybe I just talked myself into a neutral to slight positive in the course of writing this. 😂
