❝ pssst, i think my chameleon likes your reindeer. ❞
“Don’t push me away!”
{ ☀ } —— And there it was again. That sickening feeling. That fear.
She was in too deep, way, way too deep and she needed to get out now before she started to feel something. That always went over so well, didn’t it? Getting attached. She was selfish— so, so selfish but she couldn’t help it. Merida DunBroch was many things but tied was not— would not be one of them. She was awfully good at making a mess of things and Kristoff—
—He wasn’t someone she wanted to ruin.
” —Ah’m sorry. “
The ex-princess trudged through the snow, trying to make it as far as she possibly could away from the Hylian castle. When fleeing she had seen the mountains bordering Hyrule and Arendelle, deciding it was the least likely place for her usurper's soldiers to look for her.
She hadn't really stopped to wonder why.
Zelda had been climbing for a day now, only just hitting the snow that started halfway from the top. Her goal was to make it over these mountains and down to Arendelle, where she could hide until she developed a plan to take back her kingdom. If she survived that long.
She had, of course, not thought about the usefulness of pink ballroom slippers on a hike. Or satin and chiffon skirts. Or golden pauldrons.
She was a lump of pain, sore and aching all over. Her pauldrons and crown had all but frozen, adhering to her skin and stinging her shoulders and forehead painfully. Zelda tripped on the edge of her skirt that had caught in the harsh mountain winds and fell on her backside. Groaning, she shifted, stumbling to her feet only to fall face first in the snow.
She propped herself up on her elbows and looked up into honey brown eyes.
Zelda shreiked and crawled, backwards, away from the man, reaching a hand up to grasp her bow but coming up empty. She'd left it at the castle.
Nightmare (Closed RP) (Plagued Verse)
Ever since Anna’s death nine years ago, Elsa had been pushed onto the throne, after freezing Hans and sending him back to the Southern Isles. Arendelle was put under a perpetual winter, thanks to the Queen’s powers. The castle had frozen over, as if she had created a second ice castle. The kingdom called her the ‘Cold Queen’, due to her bitter personality and powers.
As for Elsa herself, she was still grieving for Anna, sometimes just falling to her knees and sobbing. Of course, all of this was behind closed doors. The Queen they saw was the one who ruled, not the one who mourned. She blamed herself for this, she should have fled farther, away from Anna. This wouldn’t have happened if she couldn’t have found her.
This particular night, she was in a fitful sleep, and eventually woke up, sweating, her eyes wide. She rose, stepping out of her room, moving to a frosted window. A soft sigh escaped her mouth. If anyone was still up and saw her there, they would have known she had one of the nightmares.
"I am so sorry Anna…"
She softly whispered, placing her hand on the window, frosting it over further.

"Are you sure we're going the right away?" Anna asked, glancing around the forest. All she could see was snow and ice covering what used to be the greenery. This wasn't exactly the stroll she was anticipating, even if it was the middle of winter. "I'm starting to think I should have brought a map."

"Can you repeat that? I didn't quite hear it."
Belle didn't really realize how far she had wandered until the surface below her feet turned slowly from frost bitten land to ice. She glanced around to see unfamiliar land surrounding her. Had she really fallen that hard into her book? An overwhelming feeling of hopelessness consumed her.
"Oh no, not again."
Now she was sure she had become terribly
l o s t.
But suddenly from the icy mist, immerged a tall figure. A young man.
"Hello?"
