Transform surimi sticks into a delightful snack with a crunchy coating and a burst of flavor. These krokante surimi chips are perfect for a weekend treat!
Ingredients: 300g surimi sticks. 1 cup bread crumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Take the surimi sticks and cut them into small pieces. Put the bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Grate the Parmesan cheese on top. Make sure that each piece of surimi is evenly covered with the breadcrumb mixture as you dip it in it. Make sure the coated surimi pieces don't touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket. Spray the pieces of surimi with cooking spray just a little to help them get crispy. Air fry the chips for eight to ten minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. As they cook, you might need to shake the basket or flip them over once or twice. Take the krokante surimi chips out of the air fryer and let them cool for one minute. Then you can serve them. Enjoy your tasty and crispy surimi chips!
