A delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, this Smoked Salmon Bagel Grilled Cheese combines the rich flavors of smoked salmon and Swiss cheese with the creaminess of cream cheese, all sandwiched between a toasted bagel.
Ingredients: 2 bagels, sliced in half. 4 ounces smoked salmon. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 2 tablespoons cream cheese. 1 tablespoon butter.
Instructions: Put the same amount of cream cheese inside each bagel half. On the bottom half of each bagel, put slices of smoked salmon and Swiss cheese. Put the other half of the bagel on top to make a sandwich. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Put the sandwiches in the pan and cook for three to four minutes on each side, until both sides are golden brown and the cheese melts. Take it off the heat and serve it hot.
