do you ever think about how the ooo leisureland episodes are literally about vulnerability and care

tried to make a tiny airborne eiji to match my tiny airborne ankh but he's way way way more tiny and it's killing me

all of the shingo revival episodes are quite good. one particular thing that always gets me is the scene where the siblings see eiji off after having dinner together.

he sees hina finally reunited with her brother and the lovely, warm way they care for each other. their home is so sweet and idyllic and complete and it doesn't need him.

even when they offer to help, it only further separates them: a family lending a hand to outside affairs.

a part of him was looking at shingo's face and wishing it was ankh and how horrible that would be (taking a brother away from his sister, splitting her real family for someone so disagreeable and troublesome) can't have been lost on him in the slightest.

how could you? how could you ruin that peacefulness? but it gnaws at him all the same, something close to desire.
