More Dotpict stuff from 2020! Another random assortment.

First row: a tiger shrimp/shrimp tiger inspired by Japanese scroll artwork and a character based on a song for a user made event/competition (the song was Retrofit by Osamu Sato and Ryuichi Sakamoto, but in truth. it was heavily inspired by the album EQUAL as a whole).

Second row: An ostrich in the rain and a cute seal in the sun.

The ostrich's name is ATSUSHI. The context behind this one is both obscure and, in retrospect, pretty insensitive given who this ostrich is based on. I fell into a rabbit hole where I learned about a particular Japanese lawyer who got trolled on the internet - which was helped by some Dotpict users posting hand-drawn memes about him. I'm not gonna get into it (not right now at least... I made a whole fucking comic on Dotpict based on a fictionalized version of the lawyer) but if you know, you know.
