Decided to do something self-indulgent and make a devil hybrid of Krune (Runelord of Sloth aka Conjuration) and the Darkness Devil from Chainsaw Man.
Corruption Devil: Primal Fear that embodies the fear of corruption, rot, disease, decay. In the beginning it embodied that fear of physical decay, with the passage of time it also came to embody the fear of moral and spiritual decay. Ironically it adores demagogues and works closely with the Uncanny Devil to further xenophobia and racism. Growing fat off the fear of 'tainted bloodlines.'
Uncanny Devil: The fear mankind has towards itself. From a distance, or in somewhat obscured conditions this devil looks like a human without need of becoming a Fiend. But when viewed clearly the arms are too long, the smile too wide, the face too smooth, the eyes too dark, the fingers having too many joints. The Uncanny Devil was a bestial thing for much of history, subservient to the much more powerful War Devil. Once humans started congregating in cities though, it thrived. Serial killers, thieves, fear of the other and the stranger, it evolved rapidly and now works closely with the Corruption Devil to sow discontent and paranoia.
