Krusteaz Triple chocolate chunk cookie mix
I made these recently and added a little over a stick of margarine because one reviewer said her cookies turned out too dry. I had to go out and buy a whole nother box of cookie mix because mine were too salty. So after making another batch of cookie mix with unsalted ghee from Sprouts, I mixed it with this Krusteaz cookie mix and the cookies were marvelous.
I rarely use a mix for cookies these days so I forgot how important it is to use unsalted butter, margarine, etc.
