crossing everything! i've done pretty much everything i can do for my place and prepped everything for multiple days without power. here's hoping we don't have to use it all!

always! i've removed everything from the yard and porch, got enough stable food and water for the three of us + the animals for 3-5 days without power, and have an evacuation bag packed with the essentials. we're testing the generator today, hopefully it will work, but we have backup oil and petrol for it stored too. i have power banks, torches, lanterns, tools, duct tape and a first aid kit all set out

all the windows are shut, and my heavy blockout curtains are all clipped closed to catch any glass if a window breaks. i have two buckets of spare water in the bathroom to flush the toilet if the water cuts off, and thankfully we don't need sandbags for the flood as we're on a hill and my house is elevated off the ground on wide concrete pillars. the only thing i haven't been able to do is board up the windows, which is worrying me a bit. anything else i should do?

SO basically i do my skincare over the course of the morning slowly as kind of a self meditation thing, and again at night, but here are the products i'm currently using!

when i first wake up: the ordinary glycolic acid mediheal madecassoside blemish pads

after my morning shower: cosrx salicylic acid daily gentle cleanser round lab 1025 dokdo toner torriden dive in serum goodal vita-c dark spot care serum heveblue salmon caring centella cream <- HOLY GRAIL STUFF mixsoon bean sun serum*

before bed: numbuzin no 9 nad bio lifting essence retrieve tretinoin 0.05 <- SECOND HOLY GRAIL la roche posay cicaplast baume b5 moisturiser

* i also use a high spf lip balm all day every day! sunscreen is SUPER vital for avoiding fine lines and damage, and while i usually use the skin1004 waterfit sun serum i'm currently on the mixsoon because the loves of my life (Jimin & Jungkook) use it lol
