What do you think it tastes like? 😝😝😝 creamy sweet. People use rice flour (or tepung pulut? I think they use both😂😂) plus wheat flour. Add some palm sugar (gula apong) and coconut milk. Then they steam it in palm leaves. And they steam it for few minutes. Walllaaaa!!! #kuihcelorot #whenjiaeats
