We’ve got a few more Famitsu Wave demo discs from @karobit to make our way through, starting with this one from March 1999. Fans of some of the PS1′s latter day releases like Culdcept and Omega Boost are sure to enjoy the demos for those respective games, but the “highlight” far and away is a surreal interview the magazine did with Atlus founders and Shin Megami Tensei series titans Kazuma Kaneko and Cozy Okada about Persona 2: Innocent Sin.  That spectacle can be viewed here if you don’t want to download the whole demo disc just to watch it, but for the rest of you, here’s everything you can expect to find on this disc:

Kula World (aka Roll Away [US], Kula Quest [JP])  Game Design Sweden AB / Sony Computer Entertainment Europe  PS1, 1998

Fantastic and unfortunately rare Playstation puzzle game featuring a beach ball which collects keys and pieces of fruit. It's far better than it's description makes it sound, and gets fiendishly difficult, too!

This track is from the demo release of Kula World (aka Kula Quest/Roll Away), a PS1 puzzle game from Game Design Sweden AB. This track unfortunately didn't make it into the full game which is a shame because its a track that both puts me in a state of peace and tickles a sense of adventure.

Take a good listen, it's a good one.

The music is by swedish electronica group Twice a Man.
