Brotherhood // Closed.

Soramaru was glad that Chutarou was where he could keep a good eye on him rather than off by himself somewhere, since their elder brother had disappeared. He had also been told about his younger siblings new father and the ashy taste to the food he cooked, so he had decided he was going to cook a meal for Chu to eat and for his brother's parents as well as his own new father.

He had started well before the younger boy could show up, wanting to surprise him with it as well as some dessert since they hadn't been able to do anything like that in awhile. When he heard the knock and then the door open, he shook his head with a small laugh before he could hear the intake of breathe and his brother's hat poked through the opening in the door.

"So, you noticed." He said, playfully before turning back to the hot pot. "It's almost done, go wash your hands." He remarked in his normal tone, knowing full well Chutarou would do as he was told.

candy heaven... — { yachi + chuutarou }

Candy. That was all that was on Yachi's mind this fine day. After studying for the entire morning, she craved to get something sweet that could, well — sweeten up her life a little. Besides, eating candy literally had a magical effect on her — it does help to lighten her mood. Everyone deserved some nice, wonderful candy after a hard time of studying, don't they? Well, at least that was what Yachi thought. 

Ah, it was so relieving to finally step into the candy shop! Her eyes brightened as she studied the different candies that aligned the shelves of the shop. This was definitely one of the best place around the city to relax a little! 

"Candy heaven..." She muttered to herself, as she picked up a small plastic bag to contain the candies that she would soon fill it up with. Though, she was pretty sure she would purchase more than merely one plastic bag worth of candy. But she'd leave that for later. 

"Hmm, what to buy, what to buy..."

This is Halloween.

Soramaru had seen the excitement in Chutarou's eyes when his brother told him about Halloween, a traditional day for dressing up and getting candy. That was also part of the reason when that he was letting the younger pick out his costume for him. He was glad to see Chutarou getting into the swing of this new place, a place where he could be a kid and not worry about fighting. Once they reached the costume store he took a seat and watched as the other buzzed around, looking at costumes. He faintly wondered if their brother or Shirasu had heard about the festivities and decided he'd check in later. When he heard Chutarou say something, he looked up and at the costume the boy seemed to be looking at before standing and walking over.
