hmm, I think it would be TRUST. No one has ever fully trusted him, not even Crowley when he was human &&. I think no one ever will. Just think about it, someone trusting Ferid, isn’t that a laughable thing?

 Pale moonlight illuminates the room, casting across Shinya’s features and bringing azure hues to a glow as soft as his tone when he speaks, the simple request dissipating the comfortable and welcome silence. Guren remains unbothered, however, simply lifting his fatigued gaze to eye the other and question the authenticity of those words. But he becomes a bit distracted in the process of Shinya “explaining” (rather, somewhat dodging the question – or maybe he’s deluded himself out of believing Shinya would give a straight answer in this scenario?), more attentive to the other’s expression and the peculiar, false nostalgia of this.

 No, they’ve never quite been in this particular situation before, forgetting their forever-childish battles in their games and instead choosing to speak to each other for–hours, tells the clock that Guren glances towards, eyes widening ever so slightly. He can’t recall a time this occurred in recent days, their discussions usually brief and held in an office or a halfway or somewhere rather than the dark of an apartment, and hardly of real significance aside from the fact Guren is grateful they’re both alive to speak to each other at all. So it’s this, he thinks, dwelling on their past hours of meaningful conversing and laughter and simply Shinya’s soothing presence in itself–he wants to indulge in peacefully having Shinya to himself for longer, and that as pleasant as the silence was, there was another time for it.

 The corners of his lips lifting, Guren finally replies with a humored tone, “I actually didn’t hear a thing you said, so even if you were kidding, I’m overstaying my welcome.” As the statement concludes, Guren distantly wonders when they got so close, every remaining shadow on Shinya’s face now visible, the dark circles under the other’s eyes only drawing in Guren’s attention by making him feelselfish for wishing to keep Shinya up–for an all-nighter at this rate.

 But he has a feeling they won’t regret it.

 “It’s worth it if it’s you.”

Though who actually had the sense to fear the lieutenant colonel wouldn’t dare linger about in time to greet the man who usually awakens in a rather grouchy mood. However, the sniper is very accustomed and perhaps daring per say, to not care about such things. What only mattered was the fact that years of friendship has been cemented between them. The sudden turn and development of trust that neither anticipated. Once, the adopted Hiragii perhaps almost harbored a sense of loathing towards him --- such emotions long gone and replaced by many others.

Masked by his smile, though only a handful, including Guren, could possibly know about them.

“Hahaha~” chuckle to chime breathlessly, with that allusion of tease to come. “Quite certain you were, with how loud your snores are. Louder than usual maybe~” And it did arrive. Relentless, but it seemed to be more emphasized with the more serious demeanor of his comrade. Despite the playful antics, Shinya is very, very aware something is occurring within that complex mind of the Ichinose. “Really, it seemed you were actually able to sleep for once,” a very, very soft murmur meant only for Guren’s ears.

Even in each other’s company, they weren’t entirely safe for people who’d gladly see them dead could be nearby. Human or vampire.

Both Shinya perhaps carried a disdain towards, but humans more of an exception considering the number of trustyworthy individuals who exist.

Hum to ensue, slender jawline to be propped along the gloved palm as he abided the invitation – though ironically, he’d intrude either way – to seat himself upon the chair across the male.

“My~ A wondrous blessing that I don’t have that much time on my hands~” Though they knew better. Even if he is the one with the lowest ranking amongst the Hiragii children, he still carries responsibilities. Along with it is his initiative to do as he wished, including visiting Guren. Of course, without any intention of droning on about work. They’re swamped with it as it is.

“And to find you in a better mood,” anything to elicit a response from the other. Though truthfully, he meant no harm. Not at all. Never could he bring himself to betray the trust he’s earned from the male. Most of all, never would he allow the Hiragii family to indulge more into their sickening habit of torturing those deemed lowly beings. In fact, he too is rather disgusted at the fact he bears their name.

“Let’s see, you have less eyebags, I guess your skin complexion is improving?” he did say ‘humor’. Or perhaps he’s stalling from the need to address any pressing matters. Especially with the distant view of the end goal wherein they will be able to put an end to this torturous war. He intended to see to it as he fights by Guren’s side.

“But really, have you been able to rest?” concern pressed into those words, utmost subtle. Such tender emotions, even a niche of them is deemed as a weakness due to the family name he bears. The masked smile unveiling itself only towards those who have undoubtedly accepted him.

☠ What does someone have to do for an instant unfollow from you?

Oh woooww, that... hm... well sometimes it depends on how i’m feeling for the day, like sometimes i can get REALLY fuckin salty and just unfollow someone for the dumbest of reasons.

But as a round about rule, i DONT like bad smut, like... you can smut if you want without tagging or readmoring it i don’t really give a fuck, but if it’s really bad smut, yeah you’re out. I dont wanna read no virgin writers tryin to work out how to write the do without doing any research gdi.

I am thankful to say that YES. That’s another thing that’ll get you an instant unfollow from me, if you’re starting or stirring drama on my dash, i don’t give a fuck who you are, you could be a stranger who I've never rp’d with or a best friend, you’re OUTA HERE. I don’t like drama on my dash, keep it out or GTFO.
