My first louhei of the year was with my favourite ladies of @brandcellar and a bunch of lovely people at the same table tossing this Japanese yusheng (is Japan a recurring theme or is this just me?) from Kuro Maguro at @japangourmethallsora for a HUAT HUAT new year this 2018! . . This yusheng is a little special compared to other places as it features premium grade sashimi (salmon/maguro/bara chirashi-style) imported from the Kanagawa Prefecture AND a specially imported homemade yuzu sauce from Japan instead of the usual plum sauce! Prices are between $38.80-42.80 NETT fyi and it's available for BOTH dine-in and takeaway till 4 Mar 18! . .
