こんにちは! 質問がある。If I want to write an article in Japanese (a book review for example). Should I write it vertically or horizontally?

I think that depends mostly on how you intend to publish it (if it all). When you say “article,” I mostly imagine articles online, in which case Japanese generally conforms to be horizontal. If you’re writing for print, then vertical would be the standard.
