Okay I KNOW it's a stupid thing and it looks dumb but I've had this in mind for a while AND IF SOMEBODY HAD TOLD ME WHEN THEIR BIRTHDAY WAS I WOULD HAVE HAD TIME TO DO SOMETHING BETTER but for now you have to stick with this okay |: ANYWAY what I wanted to say is that you're a shiny little poopy turtlehead and I love you a lot and I'm so so so glad we met each other because you're honest to god one of my favorite people on earth and I just wanna cuddle you like hell and shelter you from the world OKAY?        The facts were these: upon making the connection between the translation circuit and the media room, Rose Tyler had proposed (pressured being the better term here) that the Time Lord and herself spend every other night catching up on all of the foreign movies she'd missed in her lifetime that she could now effortlessly understand-- the Doctor had been very adamant on them not delving into movies from her future; whether the restriction had been put into place because of his weariness of movie nights in general or as an effort to ensure she didn't learn too much about the future was yet to be determined.       It's not his cup of tea, this -- the blonde's suspicions of the fact are confirmed when she feels his weight slump against her midway through La vita è bella; his cheek presses against her shoulder as his warm breath puffs against her skin lightly, and she shifts incrementally to edge him into a hopefully more comfortable position. She leaves him alone for the most part, although the amount of times amber irises flick down at the sleeping Time Lord increase in frequency. She almost loathes to wake him from his peaceful slumber when the credits roll, something he rarely seemed to drift into-- the couch was hardly the best place for a kip, though, was it? It's why she leans in, plump lips hovering over the Time Lord's right ear-- "Doctor? C'mere, I'll take you t' bed."
