when they were in high school there was a sister school event where all the students from both tokyo and kyoto gathered together, and there gojo learned that some other dude liked to tease utahime too. that didn't sit well with him at all

this was Kusakabe's villain origin.. He was just as energetic as Gojo and teases Utahime a lot since they are classmates (hehehe this is based on my hc that Uta, Mei, and Kusakabe are classmates) but when they all met up in a sister school event, he saw how Gojo is with utahime and he became cranky and just hates Gojo because after that since Gojo has been biting Kusakabe's ass too for trying to tease Utahime.

They've been like that ever since and no one knows exactly why. Even Gojo and Kusakabe.

Ahahahaha then it was 5 years later when Kusakabe got to ask her out for a one-time only date because he was super awkward the whole time that Utahime started to ask him if he was feeling ok or was he ill LMAO
