Habitual Kisses

Getting off an early shift at the hospital, Shouto had walked part of the way to the bus stop with one of his fellow nurses, talking amiably about their studies. The pair had stopped at a corner, his companion needing to go down a different road to head to the train station.
That following moment would probably be counted as one of the strangest experiences Shouto had ever had.
He’d said goodbye to his fellow nurse and had been turning to continue on his way when someone next to him had leaned in and... kissed him?
“Uhm.”
A slight pink rose on his cheeks as the stranger was quick to apologize. Well, first off he should probably assure the guy that it was fine? He wasn’t mad about it just - kind of stunned?
A faint smile curved the corners of Shouto’s lips and he raised a hand in a sort of placating manner.
“It’s alright."
Was it? His mind had kind of blanked at the moment so ‘it’s alright’ seemed like a decent enough response? Right?
“I... hm.” Well, he didn’t really mind now that he thought about it. Sure it had been rather sudden but - well regardless the guy had apologized already so it should be fine.
“I do hope you don’t go around kissing strangers all the time?”
