yet another day spent doing absolutely nothing but lying in bed and feeling sick. was supposed to get my meds today but slept through the window of time i could have picked them up. haven't eaten or had any water yet and there's less than a minute left in the day but every time i think about getting out of bed my anxiety spikes and it feels like i might just die if i leave where i'm lying down. i don't hate myself or anything like that and i don't want to die i just feel like a broken shell of a person and i'm not sure how i can exist like this much longer. was supposed to spend the day with someone very close to me too but now we've got just a couple hours together and i'm not in a headspace to actually be there for her. not even sure why i'm writing this let alone posting it but oh well. i don't know a lot of things anymore
