OAKE is a duo from Berlin, which celebrates alchemistic connections between british postindusrial, disintegrating sound-landscapes and compositions with regards to occultism and the obscure. Michele Cagal and Hannes Pasqualini are the duo KVSU and they make experimental electronic and electroacoustic music in search for possibilities within the vast realms of industrial field recordings, noise, synthesis and desynthesis. Official FB Event Entry: 10,- // Entry free with Heart of Noise Festival Pass. You can buy the Heart of Noise 3-days-festival pass at the evening checkout. oakemusic.tumblr.com www.kvsu.net

KVSU ~ AKIRASREBIRTH > acousmatic strings > 27’ > premiere
Michele Cagol, Hannes Pasqualini | Modular Synth & Csound Roland Lioni | Video Mapping Michele Cagol | composition
A performance of a string quartet without musicians – the instruments play by themselves, responding to vibrations generated by means of synthesizers and little speakers. What might sound impossible was developed and realized by the collective ksvu from Bolzano. Periodic oscillations, impulses and sounds form the musical basis of the concert; together with projection mapping by akirasrebith.
