hello frens, I have finally emerged from the half-unpacked moving boxes of things I forgot I even owned. Moving house continues to be the worst. 🫠

I've been working on a few Sims things here and there... I've made several cc objects, I've been building for the next Kinwoven chapter, and I've got a really silly project I'm creating as a bit of an epilogue for Kyle (and for my own amusement). Did he ever manage to realise his dreams of owning a nightclub made of lava lamps and becoming the manager of a ferret band? 🤔 Stay tuned... actually, here's a peek inside his new apartment in San Myshuno:

Oof, it's been a month since I was last here. 😞 There's several not very fun reasons for the absence including work/money stress and various mental health things. For my fellow ADHDers, you're probably familiar with that moment when your brain just goes "nup, not doin it" and sits itself down like a stubborn child on the floor of a busy supermarket in full protest mode 🙄 The ever-frustrating too-many-things-to-deal-with ADHD freeze 😣 Anyway, I'm managing better now that life-related things have settled down a bit. 😊 I've been catching up on stories here - omg I've missed so much good stuff and I couldn't stop reading; it's been hours and I still have tons of posts I wanna catch up on 😅 So I'll be doing more of that this week 😁💗

I've actually got some new Kinwoven posts ready to queue up. 😁 I'm gonna switch to posting my story updates twice a week (with a couple timezone reblogs cos I live in the upside down hemisphere 🙃). That should give me a bit more breathing room with less risk of imploding under my own plotlines. I've done a ton of worldbuilding recently though, and created several new characters for the next chapter, Paradise — which will make its debut, finally, this Friday 😁🎉

Yes, there is a bear. He is a real bear (definitely a real bear). He currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Granite Falls — and I cannot stress this enough, he is, in fact, very much a real bear. 🐻

hi frens! another lil update! 🙃

So I've officially survived moving house 🎉 The actual move was last Saturday, and I've been running around since then trying to get everything sorted, while also trying not to give my spine any chances to escape (I have scoliosis and my skeleton does not appreciate all this physical labour) . Moving is the worst 😣

Anyway, now that I'm starting to settle into my new place, I wanna get back to Kinwoven asap 😊 I've got lots of ridiculous plans for the next chapter, and I've done a little building and cc-making for it, but it'll probably take me a couple of weeks to get things moving along enough to start new story posts. I'm going to queue up the 12 posts of the entire Kyle chapter to reblog in the interim (I'll be using the tag #kinwovenreblog for these, for anyone who'd like to skip them 😊)

I'll also be sharing the cc deco I've made (once I polish it a bit) and maybe some previews of the builds for the next chapter. Which may or may not feature a bear as a member of Parliament. We shall see... 🐻

lil update!

Hey, it's been a while! I haven't had time to visit tumblr for 84 years a week and a half or so 😣 I'm in the middle of moving house, plus working, plus trying to stay on top of all the million other things I have to do, so sims/simblr has annoyingly been on the backburner. But I had a lot of fun catching up on my dash tonight, and I'm gonna be back soon with some more of Kyle's chaotic capers and Lucien's low-grade melodrama~ 😌

The final post of Kyle's chapter is next! But I've got a lot of shenanigans in the works for Kinwoven and the Parkside Place household coming up in the next chapters. 😁
