I'm a Kwite enjoyer, and when I heard the news of Orion's SA allegations, I didn't want to believe a guy like him could do such a horrible thing, and so I waited for Kwite's response remaining neutral.

And for once it paid off. Kwite is innocent, although I doubt this situation will ever stop haunting both his private and especially his public life. Being forced to reveal so much personal info to possibly millions of people, his identity in particular, is dreadful.

It takes titanium balls to do that, and so Kwite has my respect.

And while what Orion did is horrible, and makes the lives of actual SA victims even harder, he was still a clear victim of abuse in the past, and needs professional help.

The video is an hour and 30 minutes long and is filled with strong evidence that backs up Kwite, and after watching it, I believe that he is innocent. I’ve been a fan of his for a while because of how much I enjoyed listening to commentary channels, but that doesn’t mean that I’m backing him up just for that alone. After I heard the allegations that the user “Orion” had, my stance was the same as most people in the fanbase: wait for Kwite’s side of the story before making the final decision. If it turned out that Kwite really did SA Orion, then I would’ve dropped him immediately, but this video has helped me make my final decision.

Kwite is innocent and the allegations surrounding him are false.

If anyone who sees this post and still doesn’t agree, you’re entitled to you’re own opinion as I don’t know how else I can prove that Kwite didn’t do any of the things that Orion is accusing him of.

Sometimes, I think about how Kwite handled the allegations against him so well that he came out the other side an even more respected figure than before. That was such a masterclass in responding to serious controversy: get off the internet completely, get all your evidence in order, and come back with a rock-solid case. It was a nearly perfect response, and the fact that he was able to stay so professional when it was his own abuser accusing him made it all the more commendable. the scp fandom really can't catch a break rn

Basically Orion, a co-writer on SCP Confinement, has made allegations about the YouTuber Kwite sexually harassing them. Kwite has responded, saying that those allegations are false and that Orion was a bad friend. Lord bung, creator of SCP Confinement, is notably on Orion's side. I highly recommend checking out Kwites video on the matter

the fact that his abuser would turn his fanbase- and the entire internet- against him to further abuse him? the fact that they took advantage of well-meaning “always believe the victim” sentiments to endanger him and in the process make it more difficult for real SA victims to share their stories? that kwite had to expose uncomfortably personal details about the abuse he faced all because orion tried to pin their own actions on him instead? it’s disgusting.

please send kwite all your love and respect. he deserves better.

I hope Kwite takes as much time as he needs, and I hope that he comes back one day (even though I suppose it's selfish to think). I watched the whole video after work and I'm glad I hadn't heard the allegations before watching it. I try to be a rational person, but this is such a charged, emotional topic that I'm scared of what I might have said or thought before hearing both sides.

I guess the thing in the twitlonger that made me suspicious at first was the claims of Kwite being transphobic. Maybe it's because I'm a trans man and I like his content. Maybe it's because he's LGBT+ and he makes jokes about his sexuality that I relate to. Maybe it's because I don't know much about most things, but that just... didn't sound like the person we see in videos.

I hope people realize what they did was wrong.

I hope Kwite can recover mentally from this.

And I know it's selfish, but I hope I see him again one day.
