I think it’s pretty great, but the first act can be hard to get through.

Bruce didn't mind too much about Clark (he was an fair colleague and somewhat reliable) but when his baby blue eyes became the puppy dog eyes... a grown man should not be that pull that off so effortlessly.

"Am I doing it right?" M'gann asks her, using one of those frowns--the one that makes her look inquisitive and sofuckingcute at the same time--and Artemis gives her a sympathetic look and tugs the ridiculous looking, brown-felt antlers off her head.
