I've literally never been a fan of jurassic park or godzilla/monster movies and I don’t even think I've watched any of the modern reboots of any of those franchises (maybe one if that) so I have NO CLUE how we got here but all fucking day long I've been thinking about Scientist!Kate who gets recruited to go do…something with dinosaurs and the person in charge of her safety is…grumpy very strong but very short ex-military Yelena. Anyway…they almost die 57 thousand times on that island but also absolutely fall in love, get together, get married have a kid. Kate’s hella preggo with the second. Something Kate helped do (haven’t figured out what yet) in that original trip eventually leads to dinosaurs fucking LOOSE IN NEW YORK. godzilla style. Just absolute wreckage. And now Yelena has one job: keep her wife and kids alive at all costs. While Kate is like “but i can help!” and Yelena is like “bitch you can barely get off the couch without help right now don’t make me sedate you and throw you in the back of the car.” Idk why but i want to see these two morons fight a t-rex lol
