Kyle Warfield took a selfie everyday in 2013 to show how 'inauthentic' people could be. He says that people rely on likes and comments on social media to validate themselves and that they take selfies because they are hungry for attention.

                      He made a gif and it's quite possibly the best made gif I've seen.
