Taking another sip from her glass of wine, she hopes for some sort of Dutch courage - as if she’s not already a bottle of wine deep. “The way you made me feel after moving? I didn’t love that... I was lonely Kyle, and I felt like you weren’t there anymore... Kyle in LA did things Kyle in Seattle would never consider.” Tears roll down her cheeks, as she voices emotions she would never consider sharing whilst sober. “You’re the one who tried to kiss someone else... Do you love me?”

I think she wanted me to actually wear it or something, I don’t even know, but I stuffed him with socks so now he’s some kind of stuffed toy slash weird dick-mascot. Isn’t he great.”

♥ - family headcanon

Family is really important to Holden. Even if it isn’t blood family, he is the first person willing to help out if his family needs something or someone. He only has his aunt and uncle left, and they’ve become sort of like his parents--though no one could ever replace his real parents and the wonderful influence they had on Holden’s life. They adore Julia and have a bedroom for her in their house and take care of Holden’s Siberian Huskies when he gets called into work or when he has a 24 hour shift. Just whenever he needs them, they’re there, and vice versa. Holden would eventually like to have a second child.
