Things they better put in TLOVM in no particular order pt 4 of ?

Senokir! The fire Genasi jeweler they met in the City of Brass when they were trying to get Pike's armor. He's one of my favorite weirdos! I love him. I love his laugh, I love his stilted cadence, I love that he's never quite making eye contact. He's so fun and morbid and strange and truly like someone who's from another plane of existence. I love that he WASN'T a bad guy after all! He just enjoyed messing with them! He loved his wife. I need to see him in all his animated glory. (Voiced by Matt!)

The Aasimar children Vex saved from the slave market, Hunin and Kyor. This would be an easy thing to skip but I REALLY hope they don't. I think it's a good Vex moment for a variety of reasons I shan't get into. I also think it's a good way of deepening Salda Tal'Dorei's character. Because they skipped ahead so much and cut straight to the Briarwood arc, Uriel and Salda kind of got short changed story wise a tad. Her taking Hunin and Kyor in is one cannon moment for her that I think would be nice to keep. They already cut out her and Gilmore in the basement of his shop, these are the only two times we talk to her that I remember after the dragon's attack Emon.

I also want this to happen because I want to see the debate Vex had about adopting them be animated. Salda stepping in to take care of them because Vex was clearly busy slaying Dragons. I want the art of Hunin and Kyor babysitting their little De Rolos cousins.

I can't stress this enough but MORE Gilmore and specifically more VAX AND GILMORE. I said it before, and I'll say it again. We all know Vaxleth is endgame, we know we know. blah blah blah. Give us our Vaxmore lol. But more seriously, it is deeply important to the character of Vax that he cares for and loves both these people, and he deeply regrets hurting Gilmore's feelings and leading him on. You need to set it up TLOVM! Come on, load that chekov's gun of feels, we have a rakshasa and a "Whispered one" tower to see animated, and it's not going to hit right if you don't GET ON IT!

I just realized that all of the characters I’ve “adopted as my children” from Critical Role are the ones who have been given second chances by Vox Machina. 

Cassandra, who betrayed Whitestone and VM to the Briarwoods

Kynan, who worked with Ripley to destroy VM for months before the Island of Glass

Hunin and Kyor, who would have been sold as slaves to some less-than-friendly entity in the City of Brass

and JB, who followed her family because she didn’t know any better, and because she wanted to see her cousin again.

I think I have a type. ^_^

Kyor and Hunin headcanons

Honestly i need more Vex and Percy adopting these celestial kids because who doesn’t want more of these kids? Like imagine: 

• Kyor is more social than Hunin, and avidly protects his brother, but ends up being a little shorter than him.

• Hunin kind of gravitates to Percy because, like Percy, he prefers the solace of books but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t talk to people. He’s really quiet until you know him and engage him in an interesting topic and then he chatters on for hours. Very few people have seen this, only Kyor and their parents (Vex and Percy) 

• Kyor and Hunin love the snow. A lot. They figure out Keyleth has druidic magic and makes snowmen and suddenly they’re basically magnetized to her when it snows outside. 

• Scanlan loves talking to them and kind of messing with them but tries to be good mainly because he feels like he has a second chance to be a father-ish figure in a kid’s life so he teaches them about flirting with girls (And Vax teaches them how to flirt with boys if they ask) 

• Hunin pulls pranks on some of the people around town (learned from Vax) and everyone blames Vax or Grog. No one’s figured it out that the shy kind boy turned the guard’s room into a winter wonderland. 

• Both boys end up being really intelligent after a while but get homeschooled by Percy (And Grog because colors are essential) 

• They feel very close to Pike since she seems to understand them the most, and naturally Pike teaches them of Sarenrae and the gods. If any of them get upset at the other brother they go to Pike and she patches things up mostly. Percy and Vex tried to fix the bickering before and as well as it went sometimes the parents gotta have a BREAK. 

• They both prefer long range weapons, for obvious reasons.

• No one doesn’t know of the noble boys in Whitestone and lets be honest they’re both pretty handsome so they get a lot of love confessions that they have no idea what to do with until Scanlan explains whats going on. 

• It takes so long for them to get comfortable calling Percy and Vex mom and dad and it happens by accident when Kyor says, “Okay thanks mom.” and suddenly stops and immediately apologizes profusely until Vex tells her it’s fine to call her and Percy mom and dad. She didn’t let Percy know that they made that deal and he nearly spits out his coffee when Hunin and Kyor naturally say- “Hey dad what’s this word?” 

• They need to get comfortable getting compliments and affection and learning about how important they are to the entire group so it takes a lot of talks.

• Allura and Kima being the best lesbian aunts they have tea sometimes and just talk. 

• Vax and Keyleth get sleepover weekends where they go on these camping trips that the brothers call- ‘magical’

• Grog and Scanlan taught them how to curse and Kyor curses like a sailor and Pike is so proud (but quickly tells them when to not swear and not to do it all the time) 

• They go on adventures with the rest of the team sometimes (Sometimes on separate adventures alone with some people) and if they’re not preoccupied sometimes they get really anxious when their family goes off on dangerous quests and check in sometimes. 

They’re honestly such cinnamon rolls and Kyor usually does the talking while Hunin does really good strategy but they’re both pretty shy and nice and apologize even when they don't need to out of habit and honestly someone give these kids a hug and some cocoa because they deserve it
