Was a bit surprised to learn Kyo-chan has a license, but it makes sense given his distaste for relying on others. If he can do something on his own then that's just what he'll do! And Shio-chan will join him!!!

Mogura keeping up with everyone while pedaling uphill was insane though - he really can go 70 KPH like damn lol

Shio-chan is so funny...

Just like a friendly stray dog, she follows Kyo-chan home one time and instantly decides to keep coming back to the place that'll feed her lol

And, well - as Mogura pointed out before, it's one of the few places Shio can go and not be followed by ghosts... so even subconsciously, she must find the Nekozuku household very comfortable~

I really like how Kyoshiro asks Shio for consent before exorcising her.

I know he doesn’t meant it in any sort of gentlemanly way - to him it’s just a business formality, like gaining permission to conduct a medical procedure. But I respect his insistence on following some form of protocol (unlike Mogura, or rather in spite of him lol)

When Shio hesitates to confirm, Kyoshiro take the time to tell her that, oh - and the ghost is assaulting you right now. Just FYI.

Making sure your client has a proper view of the situation can be chopped up to business as well, but this seems like something that would quite obviously tip the scales on her decision!

I do think a large reason as to why Kyoshiro wanted Shio to ask for his help directly is because he has no choice but to follow through with a request from Mogura - so if he has to do it then he's at least going to do it on his terms, and only when the possessed person asks for it.

That said, it wouldn't be a KyoShio post without a little bit of shipping delusion...

Kyoshiro notes more than once that he was already aware of Shio for being a ghost magnet, and for her energetic image at school.

If the convenience store turned into a hot spot for spirits thanks to her, I've no doubt the school might be in a similar situation. That's gotta be annoying, right? So, I like to imagine he at least thought about approaching Inukai before all this. (Just to declutter the school. Really.)

But, well...

With her always running at max speed and constantly being surrounded by students taller than himself, he just couldn't be bothered.

At least not until meeting Mogura and co. in the alley.
