I went to the Q & A in Brixton on Tuesday night and haven't had a chance to post anything about it until now. There were only about 20 people, maybe less, and we gathered at the front of the stage while Annie sang two songs acoustically – I didn’t recognise the first one which must have been from her first three albums which I haven’t listened to much. However, she forgot a line half way through and had to get a switched-on fan to shout it out for her. Was adorable. The second song was Prince Johnny which was spellbinding. Then she sat cross-legged on the edge of the stage and answered questions. At first they called out people to ask their questions, but at the end they opened it up. I had been dying to know whether she saw Kate Bush’s gigs a couple of years ago. She said she was touring and couldn’t make it but was gutted as she’d heard it was good.

Okay look - this is how I see it lmao (for what it’s worth): I work in online marketing for a small designer, I know it’s a completely different caliber than celebrities, but imagine I somehow miraculously began working at a talent agency of someone I was a massive fan of.. let’s say I heard wlw rumours about someone I admire; being wlw myself I would DIE and would want to discuss it with people somehow because holy shit! I feel like the safest option would be to use an anonymous forum!
