Eglantine was, to put things simply, lost. She wasn’t sure how she had gotten so terribly mixed up, but she needed to find her way to a town and quickly, as she was out of food for herself. She noticed a man, probably around her age, walking with a Pikachu, however, and hoped that meant she was somewhat close to civilization. “Um, hi” she said a bit awkwardly. “I was wondering if you knew where the nearest town is? See...I’m a bit lost.”

Eglantine was enjoying a nice, average, day in the Kanto region. She didn’t have any plans beyond enjoying sitting by the water with her Pokemon. Indeed, Roserade was sunning himself, Floette was cuddling her, Aromatisse was devising some new scents, and Gloom seemed to be trying to catch some Magikarp to eat. Eglantine sighed but didn’t do anything to stop the Pokemon. Honestly, Gloom being primarily carnivorous made her uncomfortable, so his self-sufficiency in that regard was much appreciated.

Eglantine looked up from where she was fixing the strap of her swimsuit when she saw a girl with bright orange hair greet her. She had been invited by a nice girl who she had hit it off with. At first, Eglantine had been a bit apprehensive about going to a pool party, especially one at the gym, but everybody had been very kind and understanding about her limits. 

“Yeah” she told the girl, Misty, with a smile. “I’m having a great time! Thank you. Oh...I’m Eglantine by the way, it’s nice to meet you!”
