Shawn? Savior complex, if you've read her interro. Keeps all these depressed people on her phone, all whom she's never met personally, because she believe her love can "help and save" them, when in fact it only made them extremely dependent on her and in turn affirms her complex even more, which then continues the cycle.
Luvia Ray? Dissociative Identity Disorder. Ray's the other personality that comes out when Luvia's (the host personality) threatened in any way.
Rahu? PTSD. Rain Burst showed her having dreams and flashbacks of her time as a FAC soldier in the Broken Frontline and she's always shaken from them after, hence her avoidance of sleep and refusing to "relax" and her tendency to work herself to death, which only makes the stress she's already under even worse. It doesn't help she's also in the midst of grieving the death of her captain (even avoiding processing the grief altogether), and deadset on finding answers on why her squad was sent on a suicide mission.
Uni? OCD, though thats a given already in her profile, and to a degree Body Dysmorphia too because that's also under OCD and her whole obsession with facial symmetry, that's why she became a cosmetic surgeon.
Levy? Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Pathalogical Liar. Bro thinks he's better than his whole damn family, because he has all these gold, these clothes, these sportscars etc. His whole "company" he keeps bragging about is a scam he's kept running for YEARS. Punched his nephew and didn't even feel bad because he was in the belief that his nephew deserved it for "wronging" him.
Pepper? ADHD because it's canon that girl has difficulty paying attention and staying still, plus fidgets a whole lot.
I'd say more examples, but not a lot of Sinners have distinct symptoms to consider them having a disorder like the ones mentioned above, but that doesn't mean they aren't worth considering of not having a mental problem/issue of some sort.
