The words surprised him, his boyfriend never being so straightforward; at least not with these kind of things. Luhan blinked a couple of times until a set of white teeth gnawed along the bottom lip, soon leaning himself closer until their faces had only been those few teasing inches apart from one another. "You always have to make me swoon in your flattering words, aren't you?" Luhan smiled, looking down shortly though his deep brown orbs soon attached back over on the younger for a moment or two - soon enough replying once more. "I love you too though. Every day, each second of all minutes."

Baekhyun was nervous. He didn’t remember the last time he was that nervous, but he was also excited. The whole week he spent thinking about everything, planning where and how things would go and looking for a perfect place to take Luhan. More than anyone in this world, he deserved that, he deserved to have some fun, to try something different, and Baekhyun would ask him in the middle of the whole thing. And that was why he was extremely terrified.

They already knew each other for over nine months, and their feelings towards one another grew up in a way Baekhyun couldn’t handle anymore, so he had to do that. So after going to meet Luhan in front of his house, the younger refused to say where they were going, only lacing their fingers together while walking down the street. 

            “You will see, don’t be so curious.”

Patient was one of the things that Luhan weren't, but Baekhyun already knew that so he probably were aware of the fact that he would plead all the way there until actually getting told. Somehow finding it amazing how the younger hadn't grown tired of all this childish behaving so far - but seeing that the two had that in common, it might've been something to do with those facts. When walking out of the door, lips pressed shut as he knew he would ask sooner or later. Though he gave the other's hand a small squeeze, almost as if a kid asked for candy when they were out in the market's with their mom. But he just received a bright smile from the other which had him exhale a deep sigh. "Buuuut, I really, really, really, want to know."
