Do you still do your Local58 AU at all?

update: 3/20/2023 yeah i'm done with local58. the whole entire appeal of it seems to be aesthetic related and the entire "story" is bullshit nonsense, not to mention the long ass hiatuses as well. i'm sorry to anyone i disappointed but i can't follow this series anymore when every theory in the fandom is either shunned away or disproven instantly. creativity is not valued here.

there is a couple reasons why i havent posted about local58 recently:

- being the 'official' artist for mpdsap now more or less recently , ive kind of got my hands full , being an extremely active person in the joey perleoni community and dealing with other things in it

- hyperfixations,, unfortunately the local58 hyperfixation kinda wore down after i got into mpdsap so i have much less drive to make content of it

- the story i made with it was..complicated to say the least? i dont mind it, it's just very hard to present in a digestible way that really makes sense. and i think that was one of the biggest issues since i enjoy telling stories with lore AUs

- the lack of any sort of content relating to local58 for nearly 2 years at this point has honestly killed the series for me. kris keeps promising new content - and then we never get it, and it causes this unnecessary cycle of getting excited and then never getting content.

i still love local58, and i love my ocs too, i just have much less of a drive to make content now that im in a community i feel much more involved with. i understand many people enjoyed the local58 art and maybe ill end up going back to it if something major happens, or if i just feel like it. for now i'm taking a break from it all and i hope youre all ok with that!
