This is what a compression test looks like, kids.
Busy day in the garage with the Supercharged V6 Miata swap/build. I think from this point I’m gonna call it the GMX-5.
Wiring harness, exhaust, intake manifold, valve covers, rockers, lifters, and heads all removed.
Compression testing yielded decent results save cylinder #6
Cylinder #1: 145psi
Cylinder #2: 160psi
Cylinder #3: 155psi
Cylinder #4: 165psi
Cylinder #5: 150psi
Cylinder #6: 138psi
We’re taking this thing down to a bare block though so the lower compression won’t matter much in the end.
