A quel moment peut-on se demander si un colis est perdu ? ça fait 3 semaines qu'il est arrivé en France sans nouvelles sur la page de suivi. C'est le mois de juillet, il y a eu le 14 et compagnie, plus les canicules à répétitions, donc j'ose pas appeler pour demander, mais ça fait 3 semaines quand même. Le colis a pris moins longtemps pour passer de Taiwan à la France que de passer de la douane à chez moi. En parlant de douane d'après la page de suivi il est "en transit sur [les] plateformes logistiques" donc je ne pense pas qu'il soit coincé en douane ?? bref c'est pas grand chose mais ça m'angoisse
