Dear Lyde. Some time ago I made a spinach and salmon lasagne. Is this a pasta crime? Also a pasta I make often includes mushrooms, bacon, onions, chili, garlic, oat based cooking cream (i am trying to use mostly plant based whenever i can though i am aware this recipe includes bacon lol) , and parmesan cheese (usually) with a lot of ground pepper with fusilli (like fancy fusilli!). It's very tasty, but am i going to pasta hell? Judge my soul please
Dear Tuisku *sends oregano flying your way*
I expected worse. I usually hate everything that is not the traditional lasagna (because it stops being lasagna, it’s just layers of sins), but technically there are many variations, and some allow fish. So, de gustibus. I am looking the other way. Be a fish in your beautiful sea or something (your salmon is probably so much better than the one I eat here)
Parmesan and pepper sounds great!! I love parmesan on pasta, it’s the perfect combo. The other recipe... I am very perplexed, it’s so much stuff put together. Chili and bacon on pasta sound like a terrible, terrible idea. Still, it’s a minor crime.
I was ready to give my all but you leave me no choice.
Rating: “Put away the forks, guys, it’s not worth it.” *collective groans* “Better luck next time.” / Eresia!!!
Send me your pasta horror crimes and I’ll rate the crime🍝♥️
