Working in a science lab is bizarre because you’ll be at a station with a bunch of tools and random screws and other items and think “surely these can be put away, no one is using them” and then you watch someone go up to that station and use almost every random thing to accomplish something

a health inspector who came to inspect the fume hood in my lab was standing 4 feet away from me and i didn’t even notice until i caught him in my peripherals and i was so startled that my soul left my body

i was also had a tater tot halfway into my mouth and two open drinks sitting in front of me, and eating in lab is a big no-no

moral of the story, if you’re looking for quality noise canceling that might or might not get you in trouble, buy skull candy
