Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 La Brea Bakery Ciabatta Rolls. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1 large tomato, sliced. 1 red onion, thinly sliced.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, basting with BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. In the last 2 minutes of grilling, place La Brea Bakery Ciabatta Rolls on the grill to toast lightly. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted Ciabatta Rolls. Assemble sandwiches by placing grilled chicken on the bottom half of the roll, topped with a slice of cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
