dating is hard for labrys, because she needs to explain her complicated circumstances to every person she's acquainting herself with

the easiest way to get to know someone without that is through the internet, where she met you!

labrys and you met through one of those online games junpei got her hooked on. on there, the two of you started playing together, until exchanging numbers and chatting outside of the game as well

it was nice for labrys to get to talk to someone who just treated her like a normal person. you didn't know about her past and her robotic body, so she truly got to feel human with you

labrys knows she eventually has to tell you that she's not human, but for now, she just wants to enjoy being treated like a normal human girl

she does wonder sometimes if you'd treat her differently if you knew what she was or if you'd even stop loving her if you knew, but she tries to think positively

you did fall in love with her without knowing what she looked like, so you'd probably still love her if you found out she wasn't human, right?

“can we talk? what are we? what are we doing here?”

labrys and you had been closer than friends, but more distant than lovers. you didn't want to pressure her to put a label on what you two were, given that dating and relationships in general were new to her. but you couldn't live with this uncertainty any longer.

“i thought we were…” labrys began, her voice quickly lowering. so much that you couldn't even hear her finish her sentence.

“thought we were what?” you asked, almost worried that she had been so quiet because she knew her answer would disappoint you.

“well, i thought we were… partners. together. dating. you know?” labrys said nervously. “u-unless i got it wrong…?”

you smiled relieved at that response.

“n-no, you've got it right! i mean– we never said it out loud before, but… i'd really like to be your partner”

dating aigis & labrys

aigis wants labrys to get the chance to live a normal life, make friends and fall in love! so when labrys falls for aigis’ s/o, she doesn't mind sharing them with labrys!

aigis isn't jealous when finding out labrys has feelings for you. instead, she's happy! and she eagerly exclaims that labrys should get to date you too!

labrys is more hesitant, but after a bit convincing from aigis, she ultimately agrees to it. after all, she does love you

though after talking to some of the members of S.E.E.S., labrys finds out that it isn't common that people share significant others with each other. though it's not forbidden or a bad thing either!

labrys is a bad awkward at the start of the relationship, both because she never dated anyone before and because she fears she'll mess with your established relationship with aigis

you and aigis need to slowly ease her into a relationship, assure her that she's wanted and that you love her, as well as give her time to explore her own feelings and this new situation she's now in

once labrys warms up to dating you, she becomes much more affectionate and even a little clingy!

compared to aigis, she's much more physical affectionate. aigis shows her love through words and actions, while labrys shows it through physical touch

occasionally, the three of you go on dates together! you're always seated between your two girlfriends as they each hold onto one of your hands

but most of the dates are just you and labrys or you and aigis, separately. dates with all three are mostly a thing at the start of the relationship, when labrys still learns about romantic relationships

sheltering labrys while she's on the run

a/n: back again with my ‘what if’ scenarios regarding labrys. she deserved better <3

labrys had finally made it out of the laboratory that she had spent all of her short life in, but now had nowhere to run

it seemed to only be a matter of time until the scientists would find her, but then she ran into you, who offered her a place to hide!

you knew you'd be in grave trouble if anyone found out you were sheltering an anti shadow weapon like labrys. but she wasn't just a weapon to you! she was a living being that needed your help!

and so, you hid her away at your house. away from those researchers and away from any further harm they could cause her!

you found yourself preparing something to eat for labrys during her first few days with her, only to quickly remember each time that she couldn't process food like you could…

there were a lot of close calls, with scientists and security knocking on your door and wanting to hear if you saw labrys in the area, hoping they'd get glues to catch her again

but each time you lied to them, pretending like you never met her, while she was hiding just one room further away, knowing she was safe with you…

labrys befriending a researcher

a/n: labrys deserved to have at least ONE person treat her decently instead of like a weapon, so i wrote this for her :’)

labrys hated the scientists at the research facility, but she never hated you!

sure, she struggled to trust you at first. to her, you were just another person forcing her to fight her siblings for the sake of research

but that wasn't the truth. you were showing more concern for labrys and her sisters than anyone in the whole research facility

and when you began to realize just how human labrys was for a robot, you were the first who wanted to stop the experiments

but since you lacked the authority, the least you could do was comfort labrys and be there for her

every evening, you talked to her after training. you made sure she was doing alright mentally and that's when labrys realized you weren't like the others

you even extended your kindness to her sister units. and that's when labrys knew that she could trust you

when she ran away from the facility, you never tried to stop her. for a moment, labrys hesitated, pondering if she should stay, because of you

you were the closest thing she had to a friend. after 024's passing, you were the only person she had left

when labrys was eventually brought back to the research facility, you tried your hardest to make sure they wouldn't erase her memories or lock her away

while everyone saw her as just a robot, as just another test subject, you saw more in her. and labrys really appreciated that, even if she could never tell you that!
