both cloud and tifa were quietly pining for you (& each other) before you started dating. they both seem like the confident type who'd just approach their crush and make a move, but they are both more shy than their first impression gives off
when you three do start dating, tifa is the first one to adjust to the relationship, while cloud takes a little longer to get comfortable. he's pretty nervous in the beginning stagesā¦
but after a while, even cloud grows used to this. and once he does, his true self really comes out!
cloud is pretty clingy and affectionate! he loves to hold you and cuddle with you! though he loves it even more when it's all three of you
tifa is more publicly affectionate than cloud, but both of them prefer to keep those parts of your relationship intimate and private. not everyone has to see you kiss in public, you know?
cloud and tifa both care about making everyone in the relationship feel comfortable and like an equal. they don't have a āfavorite partnerā and they evenly split their time up between each other (or just do things as a throuple)
both cloud and tifa are pretty good fighters and they love to protect you and each other! sometimes cloud saves the day, other times it's tifa who saves you and cloud
the three of you can't quite decide where you want your future to take you. you want to stay together, but are uncertain if you want to return to nibelheim or settle down in midgar. but while you're still on your journey to stop sephiroth, you push those thoughts back and decide to tackle them after you saved the planet!

since then, ryuji always watched you from afar, sketching away into your sketchbook! he wanted to get another glance at your art, but now he was too much in his head to approach you again, like he did the first timeā¦

it was a lot of trying to stutter out explanations on both sides, but eventually you two ended up confessing your mutual interest in each other, that all started with that one interaction during art class back thenā¦

axel lost sight of you, only catching a glimpse of you buried underneath all the heartless! in that moment, he thought he was going to lose youā¦
as he cut through hordes of enemies, he could only think about you! how badly he wanted to save you! that he *needed* to save you!
and when finally he managed to strike down the last heartless in his way, he carelessly dropped his weapon and just rushed over to you
he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you up against him and without thinking, he just pressed his lips onto yours!
he didn't care about who was there at that moment, he just wanted to kiss you, to make sure you were really there!
