Okay, I realizes that while Aigis normally has little peg feet, in her casual outfits ans school uniform she wears shoes, which raises the important question, how do her feet work?
Are Aigis's feet...?
one pair of prosthetics that she puts different shoes on
regulat shoes stuffed with socks to fill out the empty space
custom shoes she can pop her peg feet into like Bratz shoes

Happy Pride Month, to celebrate have a joke special unit suggestion (because Game Design Concepts are my jam): Pan/Bi colored Aegis and Pan/Bi Colored P3 FemC in reference to the fact these 2 are the only confirmed Queer Romance in the Persona Series relating to a major character (add Yusuke and P4 MC real) with FemC having Crit Rate Buffs and Defense Debuffs (Physical Break?) with Pride colors and Aegis being Gay Wrath with lots of Physical attacks and Crit triggers.
... jokes aside you think FemC will ever join Phantom X? and if she does how would her kit differ from Makoto?
As someone who's played Persona 2, I feel like I have to disagree with your claim that Aigis and the female Persona 3 protagonist are the "only confirmed Queer Romance in the Persona Series relating to a major character", haha, but I'm guessing you meant modern Persona (3 and onward)?
That aside, pride flag palette alts/costumes would be fun!
In all honesty, while I hate to be pessimistic, I really don't expect to see the female Persona 3 protagonist added to this game anytime soon. I would love for it to happen, and I certainly don't think it's impossible, it's just a lot more work than their usual crossovers, which would make her even more of a special event if so. I would expect to see Wolf and Sophie, and/or Metis, sooner than I'd expect to see her.
As for how her abilities might differ from the male protagonist's... honestly, that's a good question. I feel like it would be the most appropriate for her to have a similar, but still distinct skillset? Possibly a Fire Sweeper with a similar playstyle, or something... I'm admittedly not the best at coming up with these, though, haha!
